Many of us watched as the Forest Arms fire of 2008 reduced this magnificent building to a smoldering husk. Yet currently it’s home to over one hundred tenants and a music store. Fully restored in 2016, this building features: modern kitchens, central air, laundry on all floors, and a rooftop deck.
